Logging duty
The Law states no duty to create, keep or produce a log or record. Article 5 sets conditions for monitoring employees by electronic communications or video, including a storage period of no more than 30 days unless the law provides otherwise or a well-justified case arises; Articles 4(2)(c) and 6(c) require retention periods to be set.
