Article 15 of Decreto Legislativo 160/2026 inserts Article 25-vicies into Decreto Legislativo 231/2001, headed offences committed with the use of AI systems. For the offence in Article 437-bis of the Codice Penale (Penal Code), a financial sanction of 600 to 1,000 quote applies to the entity. For the offence in Article 612-quater of the Codice Penale, a financial sanction of 200 to 700 quote applies to the entity.
