- An app must let an Uzbek data subject learn whether it holds the subject's data and what they contain, obtain information about the processing and the conditions for access on request, give and withdraw consent to the processing, consent to or withdraw the dissemination of the data in publicly available sources, and require the processing to be suspended temporarily where the data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the purposes of processing.

Article 30 gives the subject the rights to know whether an owner, operator or third party holds the subject's data and what they contain, to obtain information on the processing and on the conditions of access, to apply to the authorized state body or a court, to give and withdraw consent, and to demand temporary suspension of processing of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data. A subject's right to information on their own data is access to the data and not to a log, and no article requires a log, register or kept record, names an audit or names a body entitled to a record. Article 30 gives the subject the right to obtain information on the processing of the data from the owner or operator on request. Article 30 gives the subject the right to apply to the authorized state body or a court to protect the subject's rights and legitimate interests.
