Article 337D makes it an offence for a person, without authorisation, to modify computer equipment or supplies used or intended for use in a computer, computer system, or computer network, or to take possession of, damage, destroy, or impair the operation of such a computer, computer system, computer network, or supplies. The general penalty for contravening this article is set out in Article 337F.
