Settledness

- Does the designation of RRT in Article 1(2) of the Law on Information Society Services as the 'nacionalinės kompetentingos institucijos – rinkos priežiūros institucijos' leave the sectoral market surveillance authorities, which RRT's own page says also supervise directly applicable AI Act provisions ('kitos sektorinės rinkos priežiūros institucijos'), in charge of their sectors?
- Which institution is the 'Vyriausybės įgaliota institucija' that Article 13 of the Law on Technology and Innovation makes the one performing the notifying authority's functions under point 12-2 of Article 14(2), given that the Law names no agency?
- Has the minister of economy and innovation set the manner in which the institution is to run the AI regulatory sandbox under point 12-3 of Article 14(2), which Article 9(5) of Law No. XV-105 required by ?
