What it requires
- If you are a media service provider with national coverage and terrestrial digital broadcasting of television programmes with a polythematic or informational profile and an average daily audience share above 20 percent, or the television programmes of the Bulgarian National Television, provide Bulgarian sign language interpretation in at least one of your news issues between 19:00 and 23:30 (Art. 8a(5); implements Directive 2010/13/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2018/1808, Art. 7).
