What this law does
Article 13-2.7 of the Law on Information, Informatization and Protection of Information requires AI-made photo, video or audio material that is shown publicly to carry a clear and easily visible label showing that it was made with such technologies. Article 98 of the Constitution provides that a law takes effect on the day it is published unless the law itself states another rule.
